Returns & Exchanges

At Clove Oral Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return form is placed inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
